It's a far-ranging discussion dealing with everything from the agriculture of &lt;a href="~PAGEID~9992C95A0ABD456E8E73" target="_blank"&gt;Nourishable Places&lt;/a&gt; to the Ecological Dividend of doing things a more natural way. It also includes the first discussion of "embedded fitness," a topic we'll definitely revisit here.

Yet hotels clearly belong in the city, because the travelers' destinations are most often somewhere nearby in the city. This clip examines these issues, and looks at a surprise South Beach solution at the end.
